This camp is “off grid” meaning there are no power lines (no electricity available). Years ago, LightShine led a campaign to purchase and install a generator there and the camp is now a fully functioning tool for reaching out to children and youth.

Many kids have spent time at Globe Creek Camp – learning about Jesus Christ and having a lot of fun in the process. But this is not your typical camp (just down the road). It’s 37 miles north of Fairbanks on the road that goes to Prudhoe Bay where the Alaska Pipeline starts. It’s a rugged part of the state where you will experience a raw and beautiful land.

Take time to watch this video from the camp founder, Mike Dynes …

Randy Sauder led this team. You call him (717) 572-0972 or email him at: randsauder@gmail.com for more information on future trips.
