June 21 – 30 Assignment Completed!
2024 was our 12thyear working with our friends in Gulkana Village. The team not only built a lean-to structure over some fuel tanks, but also led Vacation Bible School for the children.
Michael & Jacintha Simione led this team from The Upper Room Missionary Church in York, PA.
Michael & Jacintha are worship leaders and have a deep passion for the Lord. Their church has been supporting LightShine Alaska for many years. They prepared the team from their church in Pennsylvania for this assignment and joined Steve & Reneè Hoey in Alaska. Steve helped them get to their location and worked with them throughout the week.
