Describe your overall missions experience in Alaska:
- An amazing and productive time!
- We had some great moments but it was not what I expected.

Did your team leader adequately prepare you for this team?
- Yes. I felt thoroughly prepared.
- Good. But they were not clear on a few things.
- No. I felt unprepared and frustrated.

Did you enjoy your team leader's 30 day email countdown?
- Yes! I looked forward to it each day.
- Yes, but some of them were long and wordy.
- No. I am not an "email person".

Was your team leader personally organized during your assignment?
- Yes. I was very thankful for their former experience.
- Yes, but I had some concerns and differences of opinion.
- No. I did not feel they were qualified to lead a team.

What was your opinion of the meals on your team?
- Oh, my - SO GOOD! I think I gained weight!
- We did not go hungry but desired healthier food.
- I was not impressed with the food choices.

- I thoroughly understood why we were helping them.
- I gave sacrificially of my time but I wasn't clear on some things.
- I have concerns why LightShine chose this assignment.
How did you view the work you were doing and the people you were serving?

- I understand why it needs to happen and do it with prayer and diligence.
- I don't like it but I do it anyways.
- I hate it and would rather pay for it myself than ask others for help.
More specifically - What do you think about asking others for money to serve.

Did your team have good times of Bible study and edifying conversation?
- Yes! I looked forward to it every day.
- Yes, but sometimes it seemed like an obligation to our team leader.
- I don't think you should require participation of this on your teams.

- There was at least one person that I clashed with.
- Clashes between others turned me off.
- I saw moral choices that I did not agree with.

- Yes! I am coming next year!
- Yes, but not sure when.
- No. Its not my thing.

- Yes. I feel qualified and feel God is calling me to do this.
