It's 2013 and a new year to serve our
King, Jesus Christ! Have you been thinking about serving Alaska with
us in the past and just never made the final decision to do it?
Please let me encourage you that it will be a
life changing experience that you will never forget! Click on

that you have again this year.
 We
are excited to see God working in our ministry and giving us wisdom and
direction to run this ministry for His glory!
We recently bought a newer van and want to share the story with you
about how God works. Its a simple story about how God
wants us to trust Him. Click on the photo of our new van to the
left to read that story!
We believe the Bible when it teaches
us that we are in a spiritual battle in order to subdue kingdoms that are
set against our LORD (Hebrews
11:33). We are not only commanded to make disciples of Jesus
Christ (Matthew
28:19-20), but all of us at LightShine Ministries have been called to
see His Kingdom established in Alaska!
Join with us in simply being Light in
darkness! Jesus said that we are the Light of the world. All demonic principalities
and powers (Ephesians
6:12) that rule over this great state will be broken down and displaced
by the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (1
John 3:8) just by the work of God's people. Jesus told us we would do even great er
works than He did (John
14:12-13). Please pray
for brothers and sisters in Christ who do this work in Alaska and for us as
we help equip them with tools for ministry. Jesus will be Lord over
all of Alaska! This is what we are praying
and working for!

For 18 years (since 1995) we have been offering assistance to brothers
and sisters in Jesus Christ by helping them build Hi s
Kingdom in the hearts of the people of Alaska.
We offer short term missionary opportunities for
people who love people, love the outdoors and desire to serve our God in
places where churches need help in establishing Bible camps.

from the lower 48 states to Alaska. People who love God and His
