Serving in Alaska since 2012, my name is Becky Pham from Wrightsville, Georgia. I was married for 44 years, till my husband went home to the Lord in 2021.
I am blessed with two children and five grandchildren. Answering a call on my life, I have been serving with LightShine Ministries since 2013. I have served on missions teams to Cross Road Health Ministries in Glennallen and to Regent Life Church and Christian Community Church in Homer. Now I am serving at our missions base in Palmer. As part of the missions base staff, I live by this verse:
“And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.” Isaiah 58:11.
The call on one’s life can be challenging yet fulfilling. Walking by faith and being steadfast in His Word is all part of obeying His call. It’s never easy, but knowing that His kingdom is being spread throughout the world is what, loving and serving our Lord Jesus Christ is all about.
“Faithful is He that calleth you, who also will do it. (1 Thessalonians 5:24).”
“O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. (Isaiah 25:1).”
Learning and growing with the teams, meeting new people, greeting returning friends, and watching the ministry of LightShine grow, gives hope, meaning and blessings toward our Lord. He is working in each and every life and His Word is being accomplished and bringing forth fruit.
