Consider these words from Winston Churchill when Britain was literally being bombed by Nazi Germany: “These are not dark days: these are great days– the greatest days our country has ever lived; and we must all thank God that we have been allowed, each of us according to our stations, to play a part in making these days memorable in the history of our race.”.
WE need to STOP speaking darkness over America even though we see evil abounding throughout our land.
We need to STOP saying, “Oh, Jesus, just take us outa here”, and instead, ask God for His wisdom and divine revelation how to solve these problems so we can “occupy” till He returns in His time.
Jesus taught us clearly in the “Parable of the Talents” that the servant who hid his master’s talent was a “wicked servant”. None of us want to be called “wicked” by the King when He returns for being timid and cowardly.
Our grandchildren will look back on US for saving our great land just as we are looking back at our history and thankful for those who went before us.
Just think about that.
